Crowns & Bridges
Crowns and bridges are fixed prosthetic devices that are cemented onto either existing teeth or dental implants. A crown is a “cap” that is placed over a tooth after a root canal, and helps restore the strength and aesthetic appearance of the smile . A bridge is a device that is used to replace a missing tooth or fill a gap. It is a crown that is held in place by surrounding crowns that have been placed on the teeth on either side of the gap. Without teeth, crowns or bridges to fill an empty space in your smile, there could be possible bone and jaw damage.
Dental Implants
A dental implant is a titanium post that is surgically placed into the gums. This post will serve as the foundation of an artificial tooth. In the course of a few months, the post will fuse to the jawbone. Once fully fused we are able to finish the process by placing a crown on the implanted post, at which point the implant will have the appearance and function of a natural tooth.
A patient must have sufficient jaw bone to support a dental implant. Dr. Condron will work with you to discuss your options and determine if you are a candidate for implant surgery.

Periodontal Surgery
If you have experienced gum damage due to gingivitis or periodontitis, or if your jaw is misshapen, periodontal surgery can correct the problem. This type of surgery involves repairing or reshaping the structures that support the teeth, including gum tissues and jawbone.
Root Canals & Endodontic Treatment
When an infection or decay has reached the nerve of the tooth, a root canal can resolve the problem. We will remove the infected tooth materials, disinfecting the inside of the tooth to eliminate remaining bacteria. After the root canal, the tooth is protected by the placement of a crown to prevent further damage.
